Connecting Monday.com
- A PMO manager selects Connect on Monday.com in Portavi’s Integrations page.
- The first time, a Monday admin connects, which installs Portavi in your Monday account. After that, anyone in the account approves access on Monday’s own site.
- Create a project in Portavi, pick the Monday board, and choose how its sprints or phases are marked.
Portavi syncs straight away, then on a schedule you set, as often as hourly within working hours, and whenever you select Resync. It reads up to 1,000 tasks per project.

- Does Portavi change anything in Monday.com?
- No. It asks Monday.com for read-only access and never creates, edits or moves anything there.
- Does everyone on Monday.com need a Portavi account?
- No. Their work syncs from Monday.com. Portavi seats are for the people running the work, and executives read for free.
- Can I connect Monday.com alongside other tools?
- Yes. Starter connects two tools and Growth any number, and every project reports the same way whichever tool it lives in.
- Why does connecting fail with “Invalid scope param”?
- Portavi isn’t installed in your Monday account yet, and Monday reports that misleadingly. Ask a Monday admin to connect first; everyone else connects normally after.
