Why is pricing per workspace?
Each plan is a flat monthly fee for the whole workspace. Adding people within your seat limits never changes the price.
What counts as a manager seat?
Manager seats are pooled: project, program, and portfolio managers all draw from the same count. PMO Managers have their own separate pool. Executives are free and unlimited on every plan: they are read-only and invite-only, so you can put dashboards in front of the C-suite without buying anything.
Do I pay extra for single sign-on?
Sign in with Google and Microsoft is available on every plan. "Enterprise SSO" refers to customer-configured identity federation via SAML, Okta, or Microsoft Entra.
Which features are on every plan?
Budgeting & EVM, Capacity planning and Change management are on every plan, including Starter. Only Portfolios & strategy is Growth and above.
Which plans include AI?
AI summaries, risk explanations, the daily digest and rewriting are included on Growth and Enterprise. Starter shows no AI surfaces at all.
