Portavi for Wrike

Wrike portfolio reporting across every folder

Portavi’s Wrike integration rolls every folder and project into one portfolio dashboard for your PMO, reading workflow statuses and subtasks as they are and leaving cancelled tasks out.

How Portavi reads your Wrike work

Nothing to restructure: each folder is read the way its team already works.

Folders and projects

Each Portavi project points at one Wrike folder or project and reads every task inside it, subfolders and subtasks included.

Sprints and phases from your structure

Scrum takes its sprints from the projects inside a folder or a custom field. Waterfall takes its phases from subfolders, top-level tasks or a custom field, or you map them by hand.

Statuses from your workflows

Your Wrike workflow decides what counts as to do, in progress and done. Progress counts tasks, or each task’s effort in hours.

What Portavi adds on top

One view of the portfolio

Every project rolls up to on track, at risk or delayed, whether it lives in Wrike or another tool you connect.

A full RAID log

Risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies for every project and program, beside the Wrike work they concern.

Capacity across tools

Everyone’s open work in one view, including people whose work is split between Wrike and another tool.

Connecting Wrike

  1. A PMO manager selects Connect on Wrike in Portavi’s Integrations page.
  2. Wrike asks you to approve access on its own site, for the Wrike account you sign in with.
  3. Create a project in Portavi, pick the Wrike folder or project, and choose how it runs: Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall or Milestone.

Portavi syncs straight away, then on a schedule you set, as often as hourly within working hours, and whenever you select Resync. It reads up to 1,000 tasks per project.

Questions

Does Portavi change anything in Wrike?
No. It asks Wrike for read-only access and never creates, edits or moves anything there.
Does everyone on Wrike need a Portavi account?
No. Their work syncs from Wrike. Portavi seats are for the people running the work, and executives read for free.
Can I connect Wrike alongside other tools?
Yes. Starter connects two tools and Growth any number, and every project reports the same way whichever tool it lives in.
Do cancelled tasks count?
No. They are no longer part of the work, so they never count toward progress or raise a flag.
