For delivery leads on Asana

Your team runs sprints in Asana. Asana doesn’t chart them.

Every Asana team marks sprints its own way: a section per sprint, a tag, or a custom field. Portavi reads whichever one your board already uses, takes effort from a field of your choosing, and draws what Asana will not.

Portavi's project overview: days left, velocity against the three-sprint average, completion, flagged items, and velocity across the last four sprints.

Burndown, velocity, scope change

Tell Portavi how your board marks a sprint, by section, tag or custom field, and which field holds the effort. Nothing to restructure, and nothing new for the team to keep up to date.

An Asana list view of the Checkout Revamp project, with Sprint 1 to Sprint 5 as sections holding the tasks.

A burndown that matches the board

Remaining effort against the ideal line, drawn from the tasks in whichever section, tag or field marks the sprint, so the chart and the board cannot disagree.

Velocity across sprints

Completed points per sprint and the running average, so "are we faster or slower than usual" stops being a feeling.

Scope arriving mid-sprint

Work added after the sprint started, separated from work that was there at the outset.

Portavi's sprint list for the same project, each sprint showing its dates, velocity in tickets and percentage complete.

It never writes to your board

The connector is read-only. Portavi cannot create, modify, move or close anything in Asana, and the OAuth scopes it asks for do not permit it. Nobody on your team sees Portavi in their Asana at all.

Bring someone senior without buying them a seat

Executive access is free and unlimited on every plan: read-only, invite-only, and it never consumes a seat. The person who needs to see the burndown is not a procurement conversation.

Portavi's Sprint 4 panel: a burndown of tickets remaining against the ideal line, with velocity at 4 of 8 tickets.

Point it at one Asana board.
