Portavi scans mapped channels for delivery signals — blockers, delays, urgency — and keeps only the signal type, timestamp, sender, and a link back to the original message. Message bodies are read in memory during a sync and are never persisted. Opening a linked message is always subject to your own permissions in the source tool.
